    Q. Do I need to be home when the GreenHouse comes to clean?
    A. You do not need to be home when we clean. Most customers prefer to give us a key.

    Q. How do you protect my key?
    A. All keys are coded and placed in a locked key storage device when not in use.
    Keys will be checked out to the team lead the day of your service and must be checked in by the end of the business day.

    Q. What should I do about my alarm system?
    A. Customers with an alarm system frequently assign us a user security code to use the day of service.

    Q.How many people will clean my house?
    A.Your green team is comprised of a team lead working alongside an experienced green cleaner. The team lead assists in the cleaning and will perform an inspection prior to leaving your residence. In addition, the owners of The GreenHouse will periodically spotcheck your home after a cleaning to ensure our quality standards are being met.

    Q. Are your cleaning teams trained?
    A. All team members are experienced cleaning professionals that have been trained on our green cleaning practices.

    Q. Do you use a HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners?
    A. We use HEPA filtered vacuum cleaner because they trap dust particles so they don't get released back into the air.

    Q. Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?
    A. We provide the cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home. We have done extensive research and testing to ensure that your home is cleaned with the best green cleaning products available. The products we use are safe for you, your family, your pets and the environment.

    Q. How can I keep my house clean and healthy between service appointments?
    A. As an addittional service, we offer a house detoxifying program. We are happy to take inventory of your current cleaning supplies and safely dispose of any toxic items that you currently use.
    We will replace those products with healthy, non-toxic cleaners, currently in use at the GreenHouse.

    Q. How will I be able to identify your service?
    A. You can easily identify our team members as they will arrive uniformed and in a GreenHouse marked car.

    Q. Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
    A. Because the security of your home is our top priority we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.

    Q. Do you guarantee your cleaning services?
    A. We Guarantee 100% satisfaction!
    The GreenHouse guarantees that your home will be left healthy and clean! If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return the following day to correct the problem.

    Q. What are your rates?
    A. Our rates are based on the services you are requesting and the size of your home. Please give us a call, we will be happy to give you an estimate over the phone!

    Q. How do I pay for your services?
    A. The GreenHouse accepts cash or checks as a form of payment. Payment is due upon completion of services.
    If you do not intend to be home at the time of service, you may choose to either leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter the morning of your cleaning.

    Q. What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning?
    A. We understand that there are times when a service may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. We are happy to work with you to reschedule any cleaning but ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can re-arrange our schedules.
    Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged the full price for the scheduled cleaning.

    Q. What should I do with my pets while you're cleaning?
    A. Team members work safely around house pets.
